Now, we’re shifting gears to strengthen our team in the UAE and are looking for dynamic talent ready to make our journey of progress their own. The current pit stop is in the Procurement function, and we’re hiring a Retail Associate under our Procurement.
What you'll do:
- Negotiate with multiple end customers daily to finalize car purchases
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls with customers to discuss pricing, condition, and documentation
- Handle some in-person conversations when required to close deals or resolve escalations
- Manage and update transfer requests in the system post successful negotiation
- Coordinate vehicle pickup schedules in alignment with customer availability
- Ensure timely dealer payments and accurate documentation flow
- Maintain real-time communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth transaction processing
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in sales, procurement, customer service, or operations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, especially over the phone
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
